Be You Counseling Services mission is to provide a safe place for individuals to mentally, emotionally, and physically express themselves unapologetically. We equip each individual with the tools and skills to enhance the quality of their life. Our Treatment Focus

We serve adolescences and adults as a supportive and practical provider cultivating an inviting space for healing, balance, and authentic interactions. There are several therapeutic modalities used such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and trauma- focused to address issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, post-partum, and relationships.
